Kevin M. McMaster was born in Wichita, Kansas. He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Kansas. (B.S., 1981; J.D., 1984.) While attending law school, Mr. McMaster participated in moot court competition, appellate advocacy, and obtained a temporary permit to practice with the Legal Aid Clinic.
Mr. McMaster is a member of the Wichita Bar Association and Kansas Bar Association and has held positions on the insurance and unauthorized practice of law committees. He is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Kansas, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. McMaster’s practice and focus is on Civil Litigation. He has extensive jury trial experience in matters involving automobile accidents, commercial law, Product Liability, Professional Liability, Toxic Torts, and transportation (trucking and aviation). He has written and lectured in areas and on topics such as Adjusting the Automobile Claim, Civil Trial Procedures, General Liability Insurance, OSHA and the Practicing Doctor, Understanding OSHA and OSHA Inspections, and participated in authoring an Exposure Control Manual.
