Robert G. Martin is a native
of Wichita, Kansas and has been an active practicing attorney
for over 29 years. He is a Director in the McDonald, Tinker
Law Firm. Mr. Martin has an undergraduate degree in Accounting
from Wichita State University (B.S. Cum Laude, 1978) where
he served as President of the Wichita State Chapter of the
Alpha Kappa Psi National Business Fraternity (1977-78). He
received his legal education at Washburn University in Topeka,
Kansas (J.D., Cum Laude, 1981). While attending Washburn
Law School, he served on the Board of Editors of the Washburn
Law Journal (1979-81) and was published twice in that journal.
He is licensed to practice in the Courts of the State of
Kansas, the Federal District Courts for the District of Kansas,
and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He
is a 1998 graduate of the College for Financial Planning
based out of Denver, Colorado. He has testified before various
Kansas Legislative House and Senate Committees over the years,
and has spoken at numerous Educational Seminars and Workshops
in the areas of Estate Planning, Civil Litigation, and Workers
Compensation. Mr. Martin is a member of the Wichita Bar Association,
Kansas Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Mr. Martin has an active legal practice with a primary emphasis
in the area of Estate Planning, Trusts & Estate Administration,
and Tax Planning. Mr. Martin enjoys focusing on his clients
