| Paul F. Good is a native of
Wichita, Kansas. He received undergraduate degrees in Business
Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas
(B.S., 1982) and obtained his legal education from Washburn
University School of Law (J.D., with Honors, 1985). While
attending Washburn, he was the business manager and a member
of the Washburn
Law Journal, and served as a clerk for the Kansas Department
of Revenue and the Kansas Corporation Commission Legal
Division. Mr. Good also passed all four parts of the CPA
examination.
Mr. Good practices
in the areas of real estate law and development, business
and corporate law with an emphasis in planning structures,
trusts and estates, mergers and acquisitions, franchise law,
and Internal Revenue Service representation. He is a frequent
presenter of seminars involving business formation and structures,
real estate, and estate planning.
Mr. Good is licensed to practice in the
courts of the State of Kansas, the United States District
Court for the District of Kansas, the United States Tenth
Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax
Court. He is a member
of the American Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association,
Wichita Bar Association and Wichita Estate Planning Council.
