Richard T. Foster is a native of Wichita and a lifelong resident of Kansas. He earned his undergraduate (A.B., 1955) and legal (J.D., 1958) degrees at the University of Kansas. Mr. Foster is a member of the Wichita Estate Planning Council and a charter member of the Board of Directors of Kansas Health Ethics, Inc.
While in law school, Mr. Foster was section editor, note editor and contributing editor for the University of Kansas Law Review and served as President of the Law Student Association and as Senior Class President.
Mr. Foster actively practices in the areas of Health Care Law, Corporate and Business Law, and Trusts and Estates. He has been a contributing author to the Journal of the Kansas Medical Society and the Kansas Bar Association’s Estate Administration Handbook. He is also a member of the sections of the Kansas Bar Association on Real Property, Probate & Trust Law, and on Health Law.
Mr. Foster is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Kansas, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of the Wichita Bar Association and Kansas Bar Association.
