P. Kelly Donley was born in Clay Center, Kansas. Mr. Donley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas (B.S., Business Administration, 1982) and his legal education from Washburn University Law School (J.D., with honors, 1989).
Mr. Donley clerked for the Kansas Bankers Association while attending law school and prior to joining the firm, he served as Assistant Vice-president for a Kansas bank where he gained considerable experience in commercial and banking matters.
Mr. Donley is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas Trial Lawyer Association. He is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Kansas, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Currently, Mr. Donley’s practice focuses primarily on the defense of self-insured employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation cases. Mr. Donley has been a lecturer on workers’ compensation issues for attorneys, employers and physicians.
