Vince Burnett is a graduate of Wichita State University (B.S., 1985) and received his legal education at Washburn University School of Law (J.D., 1987). While attending law school, he served as a clerk for the Kansas Insurance Department, Legal Division.
Mr. Burnett’s practice focuses primarily on Workers’ Compensation Defense for self-insureds and insurance carriers. He is also a frequent speaker on workers’ compensation issues at local and state seminars.
Mr. Burnett is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Kansas, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Wichita Bar Association and Kansas Bar Association.
